株式会社サラマンダーは、アニメーション制作会社です。作品の企画立案から、最終的な納品までを一貫して担います。作品ごとに最も適したクリエイターのチームを組成していくことは言うまでもありませんが、同時に、その作品にとって最も適した新しい制作手法も構築していく、という姿勢が、自分たちの最大の特徴だと考えています。

WHY SALAMANDER
The name "Salamander" comes from the English word for the amphibian, which is known for its remarkable resilience and adaptability.
While humanity has evolved over 6 million years from primate ancestors to modern humans, the giant salamander has remained unchanged for 23 million years. Despite its elusive behavior, it transforms into a swift predator when hunting. This creature has survived through drastic environmental changes by being both flexible and persistent.
We believe this image perfectly represents our company. After consulting with our team members and receiving unanimous support, we chose this name to embody our spirit.
サンショウウオのことを、英語でサラマンダーと言います。人類は、600万年の間に、サルの祖先からヒトへと進化を遂げましたが、オオサンショウウオは、2300万年もの間、その姿を変えていません。のらりくらりとしていて、つかみどころがない割に、狩りのときは一転して電光石火。激動の環境変化にフレキシブルに適応しながら、しぶとく何千年も生き延びてきた頑固者。
そんなイメージが、自分の会社にピッタリだと思い、さらに社内メンバーにも相談したところ、全員が気に入ってくれた名前だったので、この社名に決めました。

After gaining extensive experience as a screenwriter and producer at Production I.G, Taiki Sakurai served as the Chief Producer for the anime division at Netflix before founding Salamander Inc.
His notable works as a screenwriter include "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex," "Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit," and "Ojarumaru." As a producer, his acclaimed projects include "Giovanni's Island," "Pokémon Concierge," and "The Grimm Variations"
プロダクションI.Gにて脚本家、プロデューサーを経験したのちに、Netflixでアニメ部門のチーフプロデューサーを勤めた後、株式会社サラマンダーを設立。
脚本家としての代表作は「攻殻機動隊STAND ALONE COMPLEX」、「精霊の守り人」、「おじゃる丸」など。
プロデューサーとしての代表作は「ジョバンニの島」「ポケモンコンシェルジュ」「グリム組曲」など。
